Making A Purchase Making a purchase or requesting a quotation could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. For your fist order, we may need to contact you for further ID verification for larger orders.
We accept all types of cards except American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Shipping And Handling You have a choice of either parcel or Pallet courier. We recommend pallet courier for the more fragile goods like CD jewel cases.
The rates quoted are for UK MAINLAND including all Scottish Lowlands and Highlands and all of WALES.
This EXCLUDES the following area;
1) ISLE OF WIGHT
2) The Scottish REMOTE ISLANDS

Delivery Schedule As this is a TRADE WEBSITE we normally expect to deliver to an address where it is attended during normal business hours whereby the goods will be signed for upon delivery. However if this is problem, you should first get in touch by email BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER whereby we can arrange for the goods to be sent to your work address. Further proof of payment card ownership and ID might be required.
